"📌 Update: In response to the false claim that I was never insured with your office, I attached a photo showing the agent’s name ( jason reed ) and their number from the previous insurance card. You should have informed me about the rate increase — the one you said happened “without knowing the reason” — if you did not want me to share my bad experience with your office. All calls between us are recorded.

🖇️ I was using this insurance office for my coverage, and then I noticed they increased my insurance by 20% without any reason or prior notice. I simply woke up and found the increase on my account. I have no accidents and no tickets.

I called to ask for clarification, and they said they don’t know the reason for the increase. there should be a notice at least a month before the policy renews so I can review my options. The customer should be informed in any case. So I ended up canceling my policy with them"
